(the highest dosage i found). so far took 8 pills- my back stars to fell less painful and i feel more strong.
my agly face peeling too for 10 years(seborea dermetits)and also the back of my ears skin peel and the ear itself(yes yes!)

since i took this my nose when touching it start to feel like real normal skin instead of crapy little pieces.
that's not promising it will help my lips,but if my body needs thoes vitamins i guess that there will be more chances
that any kind of methood will work better when my body dont have this deficient.
since a blood test found a deficient at my b12 and many info that i red which say this means i have all the other b deficient+the info that deficient at those vitamins can case what i have on my face, conviced me to not wait till i do a blood test-and the fact that i feel that this is realy doing spmething- all conviced to me that i need to take this.


another thing that i do is evoiding gluten,eat lots of beef meet and meet liver(more b vitamins),lots of Vegetables,lately heard about Paleo diet so i started this week to give it a try(realised half of it i am already doing).

and the last and probably the less helpful thing is my apointment to a Dermatologist at a hospital at the end of this month.
a Dermatologist which i saw send me there for my lips, its the same dermatologist which when i came to him with peeling face didn't thoght to check my b vitamins and now 10 years after when i am not a little inoccent child that believe that the doctor nust know best,found that all my face might pell because of that b vitamins(at least to check the posebility he didn't check). maybe he didnt learned this as a student dont know,but wikipedia light my eyes.

sorry if i talked to much about my problem on the face which people here dont have.
maybe if you jsl will be cure i will have what to say to the doctors to do so i hope that they could figure this out.
