herxing is good
feeling a lot better when you take a break from cleansing is excellent
if you keep feeling better and better it is working

feeling bad could mean you are feeding them and the colonies are expanding
or it could mean you are killing them off and they are dying

listen to your body
it will let you know if you are on the right track
