..... ******* .... ****** ..... thats why am on millet, veggies now only afterv one year LC, same hell, but carbs are primary fuel.

You must starve fungus not kill(maybe kill too, but mostly starve).

Anyway, Candida albicans feeds on different carbs then my Candida guilliermondii (glucose,sucrose, so starch like potatoes and millet are safe probably), so what are your starains ?
