If you don't mind taking a short plane ride, Dr. Margolis in Mesa, AZ (just outside of Phoenix), is the person to go see. I was hoping to see him while I was living in AZ, but couldn't get the money to do so. It's not cheap, but nothing associated with cavs are. Anyone can claim to be a cav dentist, but that doesn't mean you want them cutting you open. Dr. Margolis is considered to be one of the top 3 in the country. I just wish I had gotten the chance to go. I'm about to move back to southern CA and don't know who I would even consider seeing out there. Looking for a good ND too. Tweet
