you may want to do low fodmap diet, no red meat, no lactose diet instead of hoping for a miracle pill which probably doesn't exist.

Ive ordered hydrogen breath test kit for fructose malabsorbtion online and will let you guys know the result.

this is most likely the culprit, fructose malabsorption and poor digestion.
