Allergy Help

Hi,

I worked in Berkeley 2 years ago and got some kind of exposure to what I think was a combination of things. I think it was mold and some nasty chemicals that seem to “stick” to things. I know there was lead too, based on a swab tested from the old house in the room that I was staying in.

I posted before, and I got a lot of help from here and elsewhere. Getting close to the end of my reactions, and looking for last pieces, if I can find, that will make this stop once and for all.

I suspect it would all go away if I got rid of everything. I figure I toted around something that caused all this. But there are some things I can't easily get rid of. A book for work, work clothes, my passport and other travel documents, as I am Laos.

Usually I deal with it - and it varies - intermittent dizziness, brain fog, stomach pains, ear ringing, and a pain in my throat. Mornings and evenings - just feel just plain yucky. If I can, I'll go for a run for about 40 minutes and it'll help some.

Luckily, I am also finding success with zeolites, yoga, eft, and healing frequencies. It's slowly helping.

Anyone have any idea how to speed this up?
