I consider myself middle ground - not exceptionally healthy, not exceptionally ill. Still trying to change my eating and thinking ways in favor of more nature, but mean time still eating and drinking and thinking too much dead and toxic stuff. Have been using LBB for going on a year now. After the first few days of getting used to taking it, have found that for my particular habits, 3 capsules taken once during the day with or after a meal is enough to keep my mud flowing. The mid-day meal works out well for me especially when this turns out to be the only meal of the day. After taking 3 once a day for several days, I can then generally back off to two a day for several days with the same results. There are times that due to things like the unpredictable nature of seasonal work schedule, I end up going several days without taking any LBB, after which it only takes about 12-15 hours to get back on schedule after a dose of 3.
