Adrenal fatigue + reflux = horrible anxiety/palpitations!

I am under a horrendous amount of stress right now. My mom has stage 4 cancer and I have been taking care of her, my husband is about to lose his job and has no prospects right now, which also means we'll be losing our insurance, I am right in the middle of packing up our house and we are moving another state away next week.

I have lyme disease, candida, major adrenal fatigue, epstein barr, reflux and so on. I may also have Pyroluria, just waiting for the test results. The last two weeks, my body has been freaking out even worse. I am have rapid heart beat and palpitations throughout the day off and on. I wake up nearly every night around 2 with the rapid heartbeat and am up several hours doing deep breathing trying to calm it down. I was in the ER two days ago for this very problem. I was hooked up to an EKG with a resting pulse of 136 when I went it. When it got down to the 90's they let me go home. They diagnosed it as reflux. I also have a hiatal hernia and my guess is that the hernia is pushing the stomach up, causing reflux and irritating the vagus nerve, which is causing the heart palps. When I am having an episode, it feels like what people describe having PTSD. I am so traumatized by it and it terrifies me. I am on Zantac now, but that doesn't seem to be helping. Switching to Pepsid at doctor's suggestion. I feel completely overwhelmed and like I'm holding onto my sanity by a thread. Adrenal supps aren't helping at all. I barely eat anything, because eating seems to make it worse. Any suggestions would be most appreciated, esp. since I need my wits about me during this move and I can't even pack right now and I am utterly exhausted between the lack of sleep and strain on my adrenals. Thanks.
