Re: Want to get on this protocol ASAP, whats the mandatory reading that should be done beforehand?

Listed the major ones in a previous discussion. There are other minor things as well. This was one of the biggest surprises. I was mostly trying to avoid a wheelchair considering my strange bone density problem. Everything else was icing on the cake, but will have a long term positive impact on my life as well.
