my mom has spider varicose veins, anemia, sleep apnea, and mercury tooth-how do i help her?

my mom has spider /varicose veins
her job requires her to stand alot
and her legs has gotten worse and worse through out the years


recently one of the viens popped or something and she was bleeding..she put a bandaid on it
now there is a big bruise that has lasted for a few months there..is it dead blood?


is spider/varicose veins a problem of having weakend artieries and veins??


Anyways i wanted to know if the magnetic pulser would be safe to use on bruised spider/varicose viens?

her other conditions she has is
sleep apnea
low iron (anemic)
she still has one mercury tooth (her other ones became loose and fell out after using hydrogen peroxide..she got it replaced with white fillings)

any advice would be appreciated on what she should be doing for her ill conditions
