Elevated TSH but normal T4, free T3 & T4

Can anyone help me with these recent test results and what they actually mean?

TSH 5.45 lab range 0.45-4.50
T4 7.5 4.5-12.0
T3F 2.8 2.0-4.4
T4F 1.16 0.82-1.77

Slightly elevated TSH but with mixed symptoms. I don't have weight gain, constipation, cold hands/feet but I DO have air hunger, intermittent fatigue, depression, headaches, dry skin/rash and high chol albeit with normal ratios 3.8 and below avg risk for CHD 0.7
