I read that if taken every day, it can cause problems, so it should be taken every now and then or something like that.
How do you recommend I take it? Do you think it might help with my inability to lose weight (my largely unprocessed, low-GI diet and two walks a day imply I should weigh less than I do; I know people who eat worse than I do and are skinnier) and my blood sugar/hunger problems (I tested negative for diabetes)?
