Is safe to have DENTAL RADIOGRAPHY while having CFS, EBV,CMV?

Hey everybody,
What is your opinion on having dental radiography while still having not cure pathogens?
My dentist advised me to have a complete panoramic radiography (all teeth) so to have a proper treatment for root canals infections at least. I do have also mercury fillings but I guess its to early to get them out. here we dont have proper protocol for this.

I was reading that sometimes the radio could affect tyroid and could mutate some pathogens.
Did you have any experience on that? How safe is it?
Is it advisable to have the radio? I would do it for the sake of getting rid of some infections - old root canals.
I have EBV, CMV, candida, and parasites.
