Vitamin D creating a Magnesium deficiency ?.

I have a vitamin D deficiency and when I take the recommended daily amount of Vitamin D and calcium the muscle pain I experience tends to subside slightly.

I've noticed though I tend to get bad anxiety and tooth ache when taking the vitamin D and I'm not sure what I'd rather have. Could vitamin D be knocking magnesium out of balance ?.

I've been reading on here you need to maintain certain ratios of sodium and potassium , zinc and mercury and so on but how am I supposed to know how much of each is is in fresh food ?.

Is there a test to measure magnesium , potassium and so on ?. I think I may be deficient in zinc also because since having absorption problems I've had acne.

My B vitamins are a whole other story !.
