First of all it's amazing in many ways (Ray Peat is amazing =D) but second... could a deficiency in sIgA be the main reason people get candidiasis? If you're hypometabolic or in any other way have immune issues your sIgA will be down which is your first line of defense against Candida. Perhaps the trick is not to take antifungals or whatever but simply to increase sIgA.
Raising your immune system health and metabolism boosts sIgA (I am going to start taking thyroid supplement soon), controlling stress boosts sIgA (through cortisol control) and a yeast probiotic called Saccharomyces boulardii boosts sIgA however... probably JUST in the gut, and sIgA is useful in many parts of the body.
Of course other things matter like blood sugar, diet, mercury, etc, but perhaps sIgA is the MAIN thing that makes or breaks Candida's capacity to spread?
