My experience with SB, on chest, back, nape of neck, buttocks.

Just wondering what effects others have had when using "mothers"apple cider vinegar (ACV).
I apply ACV while taking a bath full strength and then bathe in it. Whats interesting is that the area's on my body that are affected turn white while I''m bathing. My itching immediately stops but the area's that turn white scab over. I cannot do it more than twice a week as the pain that this treatment causes is unbearable. I did apply selsun blue (2.5% selenium sulfide) to the underside of my chin and the area also scabbed up and I've never had it back there. But again the pain was excruciating. The itching is driving me crazy and I'm seriously considering doing the ACV baths 4 days in a row. I know that fungi (yeast) do not like acidic environments and they die with repeated treatments. Just have to tolerate the pain somehow. I usually use about 1-2 litre(s) to a bathtub. You must use the "Mothers" ACV as it is full of good bacteria. Do not use the pasteurized vinegars as these beneficial bacteria get killed in the process. I was given clyndamicin but with no results. Also I was given the anti-fungal medicine Ketoconazole (Nizoral)Helped a bit but no significant improvements. So far the ACV applied full strength then bathed in, and applying selsun blue (head and shoulders works also) have worked the best. The shampoo's have to be applied full strength and left on overnight.
Anyways, those are my experiences. I've been battling this for about 10yrs now. I'm not a very healthy eater but I've noticed that when I eat potatoe chips, or drink pop, the inflammations on my back and chest get bad. Also, i get tiny pimples all over my face that are extremely itchy.
