Are there other causes for GERD than HP?

Hi guys,
Did any of you know if GERD can be caused by other things than HPilory? I do have HPilory but I was wondering if anything else could do that.
I've read that you can have differnt bacteria in stomach and duodenum (even streptococus) and that also the bile reflux in the stomach can do GERD.
Have you experienced other causes than HP?
I do have also Giardia and candida and yersinia.

3 days ago I've had a "fat" barbecue meal and I wanted to took an enzime later (pancreatic + bile)- cause of reflux and spastic esofagus it went up in the throat and burnt everythingthere. now I have great pain in the throat and up get it's very iritated and inflammed and LES seems to be very loose.

Any idea how to solve it? I do have many things I cant get like aloe vera, slippery elm ...because of bacteria in the small intestines,
