I agree. Most likely you had symptoms but, didn't recognize them as being related to your digestive/candida problem. They can be any place and not generalized to the GI. That's what happened to me: mainly from Antibiotic abuse. In hindsight, I can see how I've been dealing unknowingly with candida almost my entire life and I'm of the same generation as you. All depends on how deep down the rabbit hole you want to explore as there are so many triggering factors it's almost limitless.

Embrace candida isn't a stand alone: rather a symptom of other imbalances which allow it to gain territory. Lot's of tail chasing to solve any candida case. Getting the body back into balance is the key.
