Dr. Jeff, can candida cause motion sickness/dizziness/vertigo?

Can you touch on how/why candida can causes these three symptoms? I've had chronic candida for about 16 years now, perhaps longer. I also have lyme, EBV, adrenal fatigue and a host of other related problems. A month and a half ago, out of nowhere I developed major dizzines/motion sickness and have had a few bouts of short lived vertigo. My head feels like I have a heavy bean bag inside of it. Had my eyes checked out and they are fine. I have had tinnutis for years, also checked out when I was first diagnosed and they could find no cause for it. I do not have any ear pain, etc. I found out recently that my neck is in really bad shape (atlas subluxation, damage from old whiplash injuries, straightening of natural curve, bulges/herniations and scoliosis), but I have had neck problems for as long as I've had the candida but have never had motion sickness and vertigo like this. My upper cervical specialist swears it's the neck causing these problems and it may be, but I can't ignore the fact that my candida is also really bad right now and I can't help but wonder if the candida is causing these balance symptoms instead of the neck (since I've tolerated my neck issues in the past). It is seemingly non stop though the intensity waxes and wanes throughout the day. I am trying to get these two aspects under control asap, as I am moving out of state in two weeks and need to have my wits about me. Thanks.
