Read Anthony87 posts. No fat, no chicken, complex carb only, low cellulose grains, 15% protein max from daily calorie.
Broccoli, Parsley, Carrots, Potatoes, Millet cooked are perfect food. One or two egg yolks daily. Spirulina for b12, 2-3 g vit C, B-complex every meal 200-300% dose. Some onion, garlic, cabbage, lettuce.
My current diet is between modern and traditional Okinawa and between hippocrates soup - compromise those 3.
Moderate sodium ratio like modern okinawa - i have 2:1 for sodium, modern okinawa was 1,7:1 for sodium.
85% complex carb/ 10% max protein / 5% fat(maybe 10) from traditional diet.
This diet is something like Douglas Graham 811, but no simple carb but COMPLEX. Guys from 30 bannana per day forum (those without candida at all) run on bike 300 miles daily, superb diet. Carb are primary fuel source.
