Bromide detox symptoms ... more to come?

I just started Lugol's 5 days ago in hope to cure self diagnosed PCOs & thyroid. I have been able to manage through oil pulling, tea, complete diet change and vitamins most of my discomforts but throat tightness, inability to lose weight and body hair are the ones that I hope to cure with iodine.

I started low on dosage but was able to take up to 50 mg starting yesterday. So far, the only bromide detox symptoms I felt and have gone away are metallic taste and tingling of feet and tiny pimples. The one thing that remains in the eruption like Acne on face which is completely different from the hormonal Acne I currently have. My question is whether I am going to experience any more bromide symptoms or is what I experience in the beginning, the end? I don't eat that much bread and I don't plan to eat much more. The reason I ask is because I had to meet people for work in a professional environment and as much as I tried to cover up the eruption, it still showed under my make-up so I don't know if I should take more iodine.
