The skin is a constipation problem and having 1 bowel movement per day is an extreme constipation problem and to blame that on your bad skin???? I suggest your waste is coming out your skin.

WHY AT NIGHT????????????? When we have no sunlight, we have no choice but to be ill, so the night is the worse time for all, only upon the sun's rising can we once again breathe free. The odds are the poisons that harm you most are in your house and by 8 each night your well allergic to the air in your home and contact with your soaps, etc.

I suggest you have 3-5 bowel movements every day until well, using natural methods and read allot on this subject, Christopher's colon book for $7.95 is a good starting point.
