You are detoxing big time! Your body decided to use your skin as a way to get rid of some dangerous toxins, and that is because your liver is already too busy doing the same. Hives are the proof that you are getting rid of that future bad disease that had been in store for you for so long, without your knowledge.

It is just a healing crisis that you need to endure..that is. It is not meant to last, no matter how uncomfortable. Any way, if you need it to go away for work/social reasons or others, you just have to start refeeding and it will disappear!
