Re: Pelvic pain/cramping...help!!

Thanks so much for your post. I have wondered the same thing about damage to the uterine wall. When my doctor removed my iud, he mentioned that "it was sitting very low" in my uterus and could have caused the pain. Anyway, I felt great after my first period, but it's starting to come back now. I feel better though knowing that it should start to get better.
