Michael,

Thanks for this. I have a client who does heavy metal chelation (sounds like a very involved process) and maybe remineralization (but I forget). I felt drawn to this, but I've also had my metals checked over the years, and all have been in good range.

I think it's the hormones affecting my memory. My memory was great pre-pregnancy/birth/nursing.

Now it's vague - I did so many - 4-6 in a period of 8 months and the last one got me sick (but I was already pregnant and didn't know it). I did not like the feeling of getting so naseous on the oo and then I thought I drank too much epsom and panicked.

I think I generally panic about epsom ...but I prob. wouldn't do a flush without it. Someone said you can use sodium something or other and it's easier on adrenals - but I just want it to be effective.

How would I do the iodine? (I did used to know all of this but I've fallen off the wagon).
