Is the liposomal vitamin C a worthwhile investment IYO?
HELL YES! I think it helped me more than any other nutrient. I take 1 teaspoon of LipoNano C, twice per day. I also take Ascorbyl palmitate (fat soluble C), and Calciuc ascorbate with bioflavanoids... and I used to take magneium ascorbate... but gave that up. I started slow... built up to 7.5 grams over the course of a few months.... then that became too strong and wiring (caused sleep problems) so I am back down to 4 -5 grams per day... tapered down slowly over a few months... decreasing 500mg per week.
here are the 4 sources of Vitamin C I combine and take daily, spread out over the day, to maximize absorption chances:
Is it important to use pantEthne and pantOthine together?
No, it's not vital... but it's supposedly optimal to get both if you can. I think slowly working up to 900mg of pantethine would be a good start. best to take 3x a day with meals as it can upset the stomach.
here is the cheapest panthetine I have found, very small gelcap size and works good $ 10 per bottle if you buy 6:
Hm. Have been using a good whey powder for glutathione.
Lipo GSH was really effective for me, could really notice at first... my cells were very malnourished and toxic... YMMV. it's expensive but very nice if you can afford it. maybe not crucial.
I am hesitant to try (Pregnenolone) but nearly all the female hormones on my panel are low/really low.
I found it really helps take stress off the adrenals and gives energy... may have caused some hair thinning.
