The way I see it is if you KNOW you have a mild intolerance (based on symptoms and lack of symptoms when removed) then I would say you may be a little more intolerant than you realize . A lot of people can have mild intolerances and never know it. I just realized there is gluten in Revita shampoo. I'm somewhat intolerant myself and have used Revita on rare occasion when I get inflammation after straying from my proper diet. I think short term for me the positives of the shampoo seem to outweigh the negatives as far as bringing inflammation down quickly, but it's not something I rely on (for more reasons than the gluten factor alone). So I would advise you to start looking for a new shampoo. Ortho Shampoo from Hairevo.com is great. I love the consistency when shampooing and it's completely natural and pretty void of any potential allergens. It also has Tea Tree oil which is antifungal as well as estrogenic to some degree (I would rather not use estrogenic substances, but I haven;t noticed any ill effects)
