You'll get lots of help on this board, but, in the meantime, I'll just tell you what foods created a lot of trouble for my gallbladder: Ham and beef, because the fat runs through them; if you can remove the fat, it is not so bad. Chinese food would set my troubles off. As you can see, these are cooked fats. Avoid.
