worms in sinus

I have had small worms in my sinus for many years now. I have started to try to rinse with salt water, menthol, albendazole and ivermectin, as a sinus rinse. I tried ozonated blue and real vervaine as well the other day. I felt them moving more in the morning after, but they didn´t get killed or anything. Just wanted to know if anyone else have tried something similar? Since I still don´t know what they are, I don´t know which frequencies to use, have tried Ascaris frequencies and others without success. Although I only have the gb4000. Perhaps it´s not very effective for sinus infections?
