Have seen this before. Makes sense but, FAR too simple on such a complicated subject. Like many, it's easy to talk if you haven't suffered the walk. I'm far more impressed with someone like Dr. McCombs since he has treated thousands of cases and thus, has a much broader brush with which to paint. He has many youtubes which are easy to locate.
