Those are electronic cigarettes which use an atomizer (heating coil) that vaporizes flavor either natural or artificial with either vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol to create a vapor.

Some have nicotine and some don't. It just depends on your preference.

I vape using 11mg pharmaceutical grade nicotine with a virginia flavoring.

Wether it is pharma grade or from china, they all come from fertilizer manufacturers.
