I'm not using anything special. Mainly just plain old cold pressed Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil . Every now and then I use Coconut oil but to be honest it is the Olive oil that gives me the results.

I'm looking at purchasing Sunflower oil tomorrow as it is considered one of the two recommended traditionally.

Though I have good results so far, I'm still wanting to return to how I was before all this started.

I had a lot of saliva and God knows what else that poured out from between my teeth and gums when I first started oil pulling. That still happens periodically.

Really think it kick starts the healing response, but still don't want to leave anything to chance and will visit the dentist. X rays etc are of great benefit I think to at least make sure nothing else is going on Tweet
