Re: to tell or not to tell?
I always say "just water".
I really think that is the best policy because of two reasons:
First, it tends to stop the caring from suggesting small amounts of something,
Second, fasting is weird enough for most people, but if you add UT as well they think you have completely flipped.
I think UT is the single most important thing to help your body to stay in good condition.
I like the Dr.Bob Beck protocol for occasional "top up" and just in case I get something bad that I need to hit hard.
My last personal health "insurance" is EFT to keep the mind and spirit in good order.
Good food should be the aim of everyone and also regular exercise, but those alone have not convinced me that you can avoid a health catastrophe so I like to have extra insurance on my side just in case.
There are so many healthy lifestyles and foods and I cannot find any that suit, satisfy and are easy to do. I am not a health fanatic and find it very difficult to be so in a developed western society, plus my lack of discipline.
Morning UT is my very best insurance, I am completely convinced of that after 16 years. Keep going Newexp, I think a fast on UT is a good way to help the body.
