That's great that you've already lost weight and your skin is clearer. Those were two things that I experienced when I fasted also. This will be incentive to keep you going!
As your stomach heals, you will find it easier to stop eating the meat/rice meal. The main thing is, you're eating a lot more fruit and less of the "bad" foods. One thing I like for supper is a homemade soup. Last night I had carrot/onion/garlic. I like it pureed. I had a salad with it.
I read recently (in the old garlic book in the Old School folder) that garlic can help with constipation. Just a thought. Or what about prunes or prune juice?
Your coffee craving will eventually go away too. I carry with me orange juice, in your case, pomelo :), and for a treat, I put in a handful of frozen berries.
