Raised white lines across inside of wrist? Hoping someone knows what this is!!!

These don't itch or hurt, but have been coming and going for days now. When they first appeared on day 4 or 5 of cleanse, they were right at my wrist. Now on day 15, they seem to be moving down my arm. Has anyone ever seen this before?? I have NO idea what this could be!!
