Godseeker30 here. Okay I read your post and was wanting too say thanks for posting it up on Curezone :D I was wondering about 1 thing from your post. Okay about the raw psyllium husks, do you put in a tablespoon of it and mix it in with orange juice, or do you just put it in a glass of water and down it orally? Please let me know the steps you took in downing the psyllium husks, as I know this stuff tastes nasty, too down orally lol. Thanks. God bless.
