Hello,
My name is Dana Warshawsky and I am a graduate student at Tel-Aviv Yaffo Academic College in Tel-Aviv, Israel. I'm conducting a research on eating behaviors and relationship and  would greatly appreciate it if you would agree to take part in my study.  The study includes different types of questions. Some questions are multiple choice,  some questions require written responses and in some you will be asked to state how much you agree with a specific statement. 
 I am aware that most of you value your privacy vary much.
