I just bought a Sota Magnetic Pulser now I need help with using it.

I just bought a Magnetic Pulser for the purpose of Lymph drainage and I am hoping it is effective. How do I use it and where do I use it? Are there any spots that I shouldnt use it and where are the most effective place to put it. Any help would be much appreciated.
