No Grains = Better Sex Life?
I know it's a little premature to judge this diet as it's only day 4, but I have to say...I have so much energy. I haven't been exercising at all. Just the break from grains is doing it. I also suspect my testosterone is up as I'm kinda randy, lol. I think my sperm count is up too. I hope this isn't too gross for an open forum, but my sperm looks healthy suddenly when typically it looks clumpy and sickly. My insomnia seems to be resolving itself too. Both my kids and I are typically up until ridiculous hours.
I'll try and update this thread to see if improvements continue. I'm down 5.5
pounds without ever going hungry. I think I was retaining water to try and deal with these grains. With grains, I was hungry even after consuming 1200 calories at a sitting. It was totally unnatural.
Everywhere I go, I see incredibly fat people. I hope I can reverse this. I'm 6' 6" and 308.5 lbs down from 314. I'm still over the start of the morbidly obese stage but should be out of that range next week.
Good luck, everyone! I totally agree with Mercola that it has to be the grains. Amish people rarely eat processed food yet still have the health and obesity problems the rest of us have. What are they still eating? Grains.
