Stinky ears

Besides the fecal Body Odor , one of the two ears will occasionally smell even though they get cleaned almost on a daily basis.

If I eat too much fruit, one of my ears begins to itch. When I clean it out, there's not much there but the qtip stinks. Once I reduce the consumption of fruit, it goes away. Does anyone experience this as a symptom? The smell reminds me of a dog's ear infection, very unpleasant smell.
