I am not a "normal" Mirena survivor because mine was lost into my body and the lovely chemicals dumped. . .so I got an overdose. One study said you get a 10x dose if it escapes the womb. So I'm sure you won't be as long as I was! I was close to 2 years. I was low on progesterone since my body didn't seem to make it anymore. I did try vitex and progesterone cream, but I didn't see much of a difference. Others love the cream or progon B and swear by it. Just keep a look out for getting TOO much progesterone again, as with the Mirena. Good luck!!! Tweet
