fever and cold sheet treatment

My brother has aggressive bladder cancer (it has invaded wall of bladder). We are trying numerous treatments. Question we have is: Will the cold sheet treatment (or any other treatment) raise the body temperature to 107 (required for "cooking" cancer). We know this is done under controlled circumstances in places like Germany and Mexico.

We need answers ASAP if anyone knows. Thanks much.
