What was your histamine level? Mine its in european measures and its mid range, 4,17 ng/L. But im very inflammed in all the others markers so wouldnt surprise me im high histamine.

I will look into this anti-histamine diet while waiting for my nutritional balancing program and diagnosis to come. If I dont treat that high na/k ratio I wil develop Arthritis for gods sake.. Im defficient in methionine looking at aminoacid tests (but im defficient in 8 aminos more).
