Question about chelation

From what I read, accutane may cause build up of retinol in fat cells, which keeps your system in a toxic state. Heavy metals and pesticides can also build up in fat cells. In that case, you may need to follow a juice diet with special instructions or take blood circulating herbs to move the toxins out of fat cells to bloodstream. These detox supplements only work while the toxins are still in bloodstream.

I have had a high level of mercury in past blood test. It could have been due to my mercury fillings. Although the level dropped, I do not know if it dropped because it moved from my blood to fat cells. Another member recently wrote how a test showed high lead levels. And people who took accutane or other toxic drugs are in the same boat.

I am writing this post because I do not know if detox supplements will work for me if I have mercury in my fat cells. I do not know how you can even test for that. So, maybe I should follow the advice how to move toxins out of fat cells to bloodstream while I take detox supplements for liver.

Here is the post someone else wrote with the steps to take to make it work. It is interesting how he said his skin problem totally went away in 3-4 days of juicing as long as he took detox herbs at same time. What do you think about this? Do you think chelation (if that is what you call this) might be required for us?
