Re: Enemas. Good or Bad?

After retaining my coffee enema in complete comfort for 25 minutes, it took a long time to evacuate. I thought maybe I diluted the coffee too much or was retaining water. Should a baking soda enema after a coffee enema encourage the body to get rid of any stored liquid in the intestine. Also as a colon therapist, would a couple of colonics before a colonoscopy be as thorough as the awful liquid taken before as prep. The liquid always makes me SICK please advise on both questions if you have the time. Thanks in advance.
