Re: Flush # 14

My digestion has already improved vastly since yesterday. To the degree this effects my sense of balance and well being- yes I am feeling better.

But what I have consistently observed is that my bile flow begins to diminish within 2 to 3 weeks of every flush. Now, whether or not this is caused by "old stones moving to the forefront to be removed" as Moritz and Clark propose, or simply new stones forming due to intrabiliary candidiasis, I am not certain.

I can press the area below my sternum in pretty deeply without feeling any discomfort. Before beginning the flushes, it was quite cramped and sensitive in that area... indicative of a liver full of stones.

So perhaps I am one of those average american types who had a liver packed full of thousands of stones. I certainly had my fair share of mcdonalds!
