Ct scan result - stomach cancer with lymph nodes - seeking help, please..

good day,

my wife just got the ct scan result and it is not good...
i am seeking experienced members for your kind help/advice on the following main points from the ct scan report:

- 2 low attenuation lesions seen which is slightly hyper-enchancing 1.5x1.7cm and 1.9x1.6cm and 1 smaller subtle lesion with incomplete central enhancement. some of these lesions could be benign (nodular regenerative hyperplasia related to chemo and could represent haemangiomata) but definite characterisation is difficult and cannot exclude hepatic metastasis - knowing how the industry usually writes "protective" reports, what is the chance of these lesions being benign/haemangiomia; high or low..?

- left para-aortic lymph node increase to 4.1x3cm, suspect couple of new lymph nodes iin this region, also interval increase iin size and number of aorto-caval lymph nodes - as these may be touching some nerves which causes her daily abdomen and left lower back pains, any advice on how best to reduce the size?

- new 2.9x1cm low attenuation lesion within medial limb of left adrenal gland is highly suspicious of necrotic metastasis deposits - could these dead cancer cells?

she did the budwig FO/CC for 4 months last year, she was at that time generally well and gain weight; but stopped as too much of the same thing daily make her nausea...i am re-starting her on the budwig FO/CC next tomorrow, do you feel this will help/improve her condition and reduce the lymph nodes sizes?

she is still underweight and thin and her veins on lower arms and lower legs are more visible - any advice on this, please?

she is on beta glucan from transfer point, Essiac tea from allens club, black cumin seed oil, PSK (for stomach) and LDN.

we were recomend to have 10x3Gy radiotheraphy, total 30GY to shrink the nodes/reduce the pains but afraid of the damaging effects and her underweight body is not able to take it, we delay it for 2 weeks and meanwhile sort alternatives methods...

all helpful advice on how best to deal with the above mentioned is gratefully appreciated.

thank you all
