This has very little relevance to any risks in human vaccinations. The principal vaccines in use for humans using live attenuated viruses (LAV) are MMR, Chicken Pox and Polio. Flumist, while targets up to 4 different flu virus genomes, doesn't use LAVs. Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Chicken Pox vaccines all only have ONE LAV each so recombination is not possible. Polio vaccines do use 3 LAVs but statistically, the risk of recombination is projected to be about 1 in 750,000. If the patient has ever had a polio vaccination before, residual immunity is present so it's rarely a concern.
