Same spammer.

He gave a bad message alert to my post about him spamming in the Cancer Support forum - pretty funny since I am the moderator and the alert came to me.

He also sent me a message telling me that he wasn't spamming and to leave his posts alone.

And, as the number ID he made a reply that his messages were not spam because he did not link to the sites but merely typed them in and people would have to copy them to get to the site.

Brother!  Or sister as the case may be.

I vote that he get the boot from the entire website.
