You can also be strategic about what supplements you back off of and what ones you don't. The calcium/magnesium (idk if you are on paramin? But I use a generic) is sedating and I see no reason why backing off of that one would help. If anything take more of it? You can also try to flush whatever is in your system out via sauna, increase water intake, vitamin C (although too much can be stimulating on its own) etc.
